The company
Gioiello di Sicilia
born in 1992 in Milo, in a village at the foot of the’Etna, the idea was born from mr. Sidoti Vincent, the owner of the company, tired of the usual work “monotonous” a truck-driver, and with a passion for cooking, decided to undertake a new initiative in the field of the food industry.
He started with the processing of the honey up to enlarge the production of niche products, to create typical sicilian products of high quality with a wide range of jams, dried, sauces, sott’oils, fish and creams.
With a lot of patience and passion, mr. Sidoti began to introduce his specialty, participating for well, 12 years to the sagra dell’ottobrata wines, and had the honor to receive as a prize for the best products, plaques and trophies, which gave him the opportunity to expand his brand in a large part of the territory to include Europe and abroad.
We are a sicilian company specialized in the commerce of typical sicilian products. Our project was born from the conviction of the high quality of our products and the awareness of their refinement. The absolute respect of the old recipes, the selection carthusian of each raw material, the methods of craftsmanship, constant quality controls in each phase of the production project have allowed to obtain and sell products which can be considered high quality to meet the needs of the Italian market.
